AACS sponsorship opportunities are intended to build partnerships and mutually beneficial relationships with community businesses, including businesses owned or managed by our vendors, parents, alumni, and alumni parents. We are currently providing banner space in our indoor field house and in our main gym in the Kilby Athletic Center.

We provide banner space in our indoor field house and in our main gym in the Kilby Athletic Center.
The indoor Kilby Fieldhouse is a full sized turf arena. Banners in the field house provide you with exposure to:
Over 900 AACS students, including more than 400 high school students
Over 1,200 AACS parents, faculty, and staff
Friends and family members of AACS students, parents, faculty, and staff
Players, coaches, and friends of 35 lacrosse teams from 29 area high schools for 10 Saturdays as part of the Winter Lacrosse League rentals
Players, coaches, and friends of 18 Middle School lacrosse teams for 8 weeks in the fall as part of the Fall Lacrosse League rentals
Players, coaches, and friends of 8 soccer teams with the Arundel Soccer Association for 8 weeks in the winter
Over 600 campers plus parents, teachers, and coaches during summer weeks as part of AACS Summer Camps
Banners in our Kilby Athletic Center main gym provide you with exposure to:
Nearly 800 AACS students, including approximately 370 high school students (many school events are held in the main gym)
Over 1,100 AACS parents, faculty, and staff
Visiting basketball teams along with parents, friends, and coaches
Players, friends, and fans of the Bay Area Shuckers that includes 200-‐300 fans per game (AACS is the home court for Bay Area Shuckers)
Players, coaches, and parents of multiple AAU/3D/Club basketball teams practicing in the main gym during the winter

Sponsorship agreements are based on a 2 YEAR MINIMUM requirement
(a full year at AACS = July 1 through June 30th)

GOLD LEVEL

One 4 x 8 banner located in prime space in EITHER the Kilby Fieldhouse OR the main gym in the Kilby Athletic Center

Sponsorship Criteria
Because we are a Christian school our sponsor businesses must align appropriately with our mission and values. We maintain the right to decline a business sponsorship if the business is in direct contradiction of our mission and values.
Sponsorship Renewal Process

AACS is a 501(c)(3) organization and a portion of your sponsorship may be tax deductible. Please consult your tax advisor.
Clubs, teams and groups within the school have been a powerful, helpful and productive source of engagement. AACS follows guidelines that are intended to encourage those eager to support the school while avoiding unintended conflicts with other activities.
