2020 Summer Brochure

The AACS SUMMER PROGRAMS Office is finalizing a COVID-19 camp contingency plan. The plan is to run summer camp programming in compliance with CDCP guidelines and state mandates. Look for an announcement with more details to post the week of May 18. Thank you for your patience as we wait for more direction from public health experts and government officials on how best to serve our camp families this summer.

LUNCH INCLUDED FOR FULL DAY CAMPS!
All full day camps at the Upper School include a daily lunch. There is no extra fee as it is already included in the tuition.  Check our summer lunch menu by clicking here.  

MEDICINE
A Nurse is present at the Upper School Campus during normal camp hours.  The Nurse is allowed to administer medication only when the Medication Administration Authorization Form is filled out and turned in with the child's medication.

TRANSPORTATION
Optional bus transportation is offered for all of our full day camps at the Upper School. The bus will depart from the Middle School, Bestgate Road, at 8:00 am. and return at 4:45 pm. Drop-off is from 7:30 am. – 7:55 am. and pick-up is from 4:45 pm. – 5:00 pm. The fee for the bus is $60 per week. 

EXTENDED DAY CARE
For all camps held during the day at the Upper School, Extended Day options are available. The Extended Day program will engage campers in a variety of free play activities including games, puzzles, arts and crafts, sports, books and individual quiet time. 7:30 am. – 8:30 am. $30.00 per camper per week
4:20pm. – 6:00 pm. $45.00 per camper per week

Rates for both the am and pm sessions:

$60.00 per camper per week

Drop in available:

AM: $10 per camper per day 
PM: $15 per camper per day
