
Eagles Cheer Camp
AACS Cheer Summer Camp is designed to build strong foundations that prepare athletes for competitive cheer in the fall season. Campers will focus on developing proper technique, strong motions, jumps, timing, flexibility, and strength in a structured training environment. We will also work on safe, progression-based stunting and tumbling skills to build confidence and body control. In addition, we emphasize teamwork, discipline, and performance confidence to support success on the mat. Whether athletes are new or returning, this camp helps them enter the season prepared, focused, and ready to grow. |
