AACS Strategic Plan
Strategic planning is the process of documenting and establishing a direction for a business, organization, or nonprofit. At AACS, strategic planning is ongoing and used for benchmarking and assessment. By documenting our progress, establishing where we are, and projecting where we going, strategic planning holds leadership and stakeholders accountable for the health and advancement of our mission to engage students in an education of excellence, enabling them to impact the world through a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. We invite you to the table as a faculty or staff member, student, current or former parent, alumnus/ae, or friend of AACS. In the pages of this visionary document, you find our mission, core principles, and educational goals stated and supported through the action steps of the four major focus areas.
The 2013 AACS Strategic Plan had four focus areas. After months of research, interviews, committee work, and deliberations with representation from all areas of our K-12 community, the same four areas of focus remain. We are building on the progress made and grateful for your continued partnership and shared passion for transformative and distinctively Christian education.
