Facility Rentals

Host your next event on our beautiful 85-acre campus in Severn or our campus on Bestgate Road in Annapolis

Annapolis Area Christian School rents its facilities all year round. It has an array of indoor and outdoor venues of all sizes. AACS facilities are available to rent Monday through Saturday when they are not in use for school activities. Churches have exclusive use of our facilities on Sundays.
 
To request a rental space or to tour the facilities, please complete the relevant form.  Additional information about each space is detailed below.
 
Note: All rental groups are required to provide proof of insurance that names AACS as an additional insured party. Events with support needs, such as housekeeping and security, will require additional fees.

Kilby Athletic Center

The Kilby Center is part of our Upper School Campus and is located at 109 Burns Crossing Road in Severn. It is a state of the art facility (91,755 square feet) featuring:

  • 3 full-sized basketball/volleyball courts with seating
  • 22,500 square feet, multipurpose, indoor, artificial turf surface arena with a 42’ ceiling height for indoor soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, baseball, softball, football practices and games
  • Large, fully equipped weight room
  • Nicely appointed Dining Hall seating 225 with catering opportunities
  • Spacious atrium area that can be used in conjunction with the Dining Hall or Gymnasium
  • Concession area
  • Several other available meeting rooms and classrooms
  • Internet access throughout
  • On-site parking

The Kerr Center for the Arts

Established as the home for Annapolis Area Christian School’s Arts programs at the Severn campus (109 Burns Crossing Rd., Severn), it is the area’s premiere performing arts center for student, local, and international performers and speakers. The Kerr Center was designed to host various performing arts events and conferences and to expose audiences to various art forms.

The Kerr Center offers excellent acoustics, sleek aesthetics, a spacious stage area and performance balcony, seating for more than 650 audience members, two large rehearsal spaces, and numerous amenities for performing artists, orchestras, bands, dance studios, conferences, and theatre groups. The Kerr Center, named in memory of Congressman and Mrs. Winfield Scott Kerr, also boasts a visual art gallery, which displays original 2D, 3D, and digital artwork created by the talented student-artists of AACS.

Sulin Academic Building

Part of our Upper School Campus located at 109 Burns Crossing Road in Severn, it features (22,290 square feet) and includes:

  • Thirteen generic classroom spaces (seating at least 25 each)
  • Three science labs
  • An art room

Middle School campus

Located on 716 Bestgate Road in Annapolis, the campus features a library, gymnasium, and classroom space, available Monday through Saturday during non-school hours, and when there are no school activities.
