Eagles Team Highlights
Eagles Varsity Field Hockey is off to it's best start since it moved up to the B conference in the IAAM three years ago. They are currently 7-1, outscoring their opponents 19-7. The field hockey team is led by senior captain Claire Wiley whose position takes her all over the field, and by a couple of seniors on the defense Faith Cover and Hannah Cotton with Christina Dark in the goal.
Goals for the teamhave been scored by 7 different players, showing the depth of talenmen able to mentor and encourage the younger girls on the team. The theme for their year which incorporates their bible studies, girl of the game, girl to girl recognition, and locker decorations is "All members of one body", based on I Corinthians 12:12-26.
