Director of Summer Programs/Assistant Director of Youth Sports Leagues​
Annapolis Area Christian School is searching for a full-time, 12 month, Director of Summer Programs and Assistant Director of Youth Sports Leagues beginning in January 2018.   This position is responsible for the full life-cycle of our best in class Summer Programs including: pre-summer planning and organization, website and registration software management, managing a budget exceeding $500,000, overseeing 30+ specialty camps, and supervising a staff of 30+ counselors involved in our traditional day program (including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training the program staff.)  As Assistant Director of Youth Sports Leagues duties include assisting with scheduling and overseeing spring and fall evening practices and Saturday games. Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree within the field of Education.  Candidates must have excellent customer service, communication, and financial management skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of summer camp management experience and a Master’s Degree.
