Bigger Faster Stronger!

Monday was the first day of Bigger, Faster, Stronger (BFS) at AACS. Thirty-four girls showed up to participate. BFS is a strength and conditioning program for AACS students in rising grades 8 through 12. There will be two 3-week sessions: June 13-July 1 and July 11-29. Sessions will run Monday through Friday from 8:00-9:30 AM for boys and 9:15-10:30 AM for girls. The focus will be on core strength, speed and agility. Sessions will be run by AACS coaches Mike Lynn, Mallory O'Hara and Jim Domoracki. There is no charge for the sessions.
